Manage candidate joining procedures effectively to give new hires a smooth onboarding experience and enable them to join the company right away. A variety of employee engagement activities, including birthday parties and other team-building exercises, should be planned and managed. Create and keep up-to-date Management Information System (MIS) reports, making sure they are accurate and delivered on time. Reports from the MIS should be sent to the accounts team for validation.
