Need to handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients. Should have exposure in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents, handled MNC clients, and Good convincing and problem-solving skills. Need to regularly create and maintain, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to operations regarding a variety of shipments and their current status. To be working and coordinating with overseas clients. Coordinating with Crox departments and sharing regular updates for smoother business communication.
