It may take you some time to adjust to your school routine after the long summer holiday, so here are a few tips for a healthy happy awesome academic year...

Tip #1: Get the Proper School Materials that you need

Make sure that you get everything recommended by your school in advance to avoid the last minute rush. Re-check the school prescribed list of textbooks for every subject before making a purchase. If your painting supplies for your art class are running low, now is a good time to stock up to avail of good offers and discounts.

Tip #2: Work Smarter

School time is a very busy time – you have to juggle classwork, homework, sports, music class, tuition classes and so on.

The easiest way to sail through is to stay organized and work smarter. Keep your school schedule with exam dates, project submission dates ready at hand. You can draw up your own after-school time table to give yourself enough time to study, play and pursue a hobby. A smart plan of action will take you a long way and help you develop an all-round personality.

Tip #3: Eat Well & Get Enough of Sleep

You can barely hear your alarm ring or your mom waking you up and prefer just wearing your uniform and running for the school bus without touching your breakfast. However, nutrition experts advise everyone to have breakfast before starting their day to stay energized and healthy. Even a glass of milk and a sandwich will do.

Not getting enough sleep can impact your performance and immunity. Experts recommend 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

Tip #4: Stay Positive

Believe in yourself, have faith in your abilities and trust in God. This mantra will help you stay positive. A positive attitude will help you make more friends, get better grades and help you stay focused to a brighter career.
