Would have to assist in establishing important HR procedures, including performance management, recruitment and selection, workforce planning, and wage administration. To consolidate the development and implementation of the Unit’s HR systems, processes, and organizational structure. to establish a foundation for the Unit’s resource sourcing, onboarding, training, and deployment. to serve as a foundation for the unit employees’ compensation design, benchmarking, and roll-out. to set up and prepare the factory for the implementation of new HR systems, such as HRMS to promote change management activities in order to advance corporate objectives and to foster amicable, harmonious workplace relations. to recognize future problems that could affect people and to picture alternative solutions. To establish relationships with stakeholders, including pushing CSR initiatives in the region, and to communicate proactively and favourably with local statutory and government agencies as well as environmental authorities.
