To produce and distribute offer letters for selected candidates, manage pre-joining initiatives like candidate coordination and control the entire employee onboarding process. Establish employee identification, email accounts, access cards, ID cards, business cards, joining announcements, and other criteria for new hires. Establish a new hire record in SAP and HRMS. Manage needed interventions and post-joining follow-ups. Work on background investigations and plan with vendors to start investigations. Manage routine employee inquiries sent as tickets.
