20-27 years

B.Tech/ BE from Reputed Institute. At least 20+ years of experience, in Agrochemical, Chemical, and Specialty Chemical Industries only. Should have excellent experience in Agrochemical/Chemical Industry in Production and Operations. Should have handled multiple locations. Must have handled Green Field projects. Must know the continuous batch process. Experience in handling Overall production units right from Planning to Execution. Accountable for overall plant production, productivity, quality, EHS, SCM process & products. Ensure proper utilization of resources.
