• Identify key learning needs across functions
• Craft a learning calendar that caters to identified learning needs
• Work with the Learning Delivery team to implement the yearly Learning plan
• Design & implement key leadership development interventions to build people skills across different employee groups
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and identify ways to improve the same
• Foster a high performance culture where teams feel empowered to deliver best results
• Spearhead the inclusion, equity & diversity strategy
• Conduct policy reviews/ audits and suggest suitable changes to cater to underrepresented communities
• End to end ownership of all social media channels to engage and attract the right talent
• Experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Experience in DEI is preferred
