• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and filling the positions within TAT.
•  Sourcing potential candidates through naukri portal & online channels.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, in screening calls, assessments and in person interviews.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
• Salary negotiation & sending offer letters & follow up with candidate till onboarding.
