Responsible for creating and maintaining the HR budget, which covers salaries, benefits, and other HR costs, also ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and rules.To create and keep employee records, such as personnel files, performance reviews, and pay stubs and develop and implement company-wide programs that promote employee engagement and retention in collaboration with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Lead and oversee a group of HR specialists, offering direction and mentoring to guarantee peak performance. Create and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote the hiring, retaining, and professional growth of employees. Manage the hiring process, budget for hiring, and find new sourcing sources as part of leading the talent acquisition division. Create and put into action talent development initiatives, including as coaching, mentoring, and training programs. Encourage a collaborative and engaged culture that is consistent with the company’s mission and fundamental values.
