Is responsible who identifying and investigating issues related to human resources, and then developing organizational strategies. Establishes department accountabilities for talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and remuneration in order to put human resources objectives into practice. Responsible for outcomes of special projects are achieved by defining and outlining issues and priorities. Needs to provide management with human resources guidance, advice, and judgments by conducting research, formulating, drafting, and updating policies, and providing direction to management and staff. Would be responsible for complying with all applicable laws at the federal, state, and local levels by researching new and existing legislation and updating professional knowledge by making use of conferences and learning opportunities.
