Should in charge of the respective branch’s overall local sales operation. Would be accountable for steering the sales team toward the company’s goals.
Establish parameters with performance standards for each team member and monitor their adherence to the standards.
Will be accountable for the overall management of sales. Develop and foster a sense of unity among the company’s team members and the sales staff. Motivate the sales team to develop a vibrant brand image for the business and to demonstrate the brand values in daily interactions with customers and other stakeholders.
Freight Forward experience is a must, with knowledge of all products.
