– Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area, Sales Volume Primary and Secondary target assigned to the Area- Meeting Infrastructure target, Distribution expansion targets.- People Management – Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners- Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.- Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.- Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
-Minimum 8+ years of FMCG
– Must handle a team.
– Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales, Infra and Distribution related Metrics.
– Channel exposure – Must have handled General trade, Standalone Supermarkets, Wholesale Channel.
