Plan HR initiatives (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and record minutes. Respond to requests from employees regarding policies, rules, and regulations involving human resources. To attract and keep the best talent within the aviation business, create and put into practice efficient recruitment tactics. To find and attract suitable applicants, use a variety of recruiting methods, including job portals, social media, recommendations, and networking. Work together with hiring managers to establish job descriptions, understand their needs for candidates, and determine the skill sets needed for the open positions. To conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend the most qualified individuals for each position. Lead the group of recruiters and ensure their success by offering direction, encouragement, and coaching. Create and preserve a positive rapport with customers, internal stakeholders, and outside vendors. Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to aid the organization’s overarching strategic objectives.
