To find and attract suitable applicants, use a variety of recruiting methods, including job portals, social media, recommendations, and networking. Work together with hiring managers to establish job descriptions, understand their needs for candidates, and determine the skill sets needed for the open positions. To conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend the most qualified individuals for each position. Lead the group of recruiters and ensure their success by offering direction, encouragement, and coaching. Create and preserve a positive rapport with customers, internal stakeholders, and outside vendors.
