Responsible for evaluating contractual obligations, technical requirements, and commercial obligations To increase project profitability, identify and analyze the business risks that the project and the company are exposed to. Then, develop mitigation plans and put them into action. Needs to make proactive contact with lead engineers, subcontractors, and other project support departments to ensure that timelines and deliverables are fulfilled. Create and implement employee engagement programs to provide a welcoming and supportive workplace. Identify training and development needs, then plan how training programs will be delivered. Maintain HR records and make sure reporting is correct and timely.
