BE Mechanical/Production

Profile :
– Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives to ensure effective return on assets.
– Maintain employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environment.
– Monitor quality of products in coordination with Quality Control and ensure they meet customer quality specifications.
– Monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, working order.
– Manage raw materials replenishment and stock inventory at the plant on an on-going basis
– Maximize the efficiency of production lines and ensure effective employment utilization.
– Responsible for planning and implementation of plant expansion and modifications and CAPEX projects.
– Manage the Production & Maintenance department for smooth operation
– Ensure timely hiring, training, coaching and development of department’s personnel.
– Responsible for day to day efficient ETP operation to meet the MPCB norms.
– Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
– Liaise with the statutory bodies such as MIDC, MPCB, & DISH, Electrical Inspector for plant related matters.
– Control of new products related activities (APQP)
– Preparation & submission of PPAP documents during the sample /initial
– Batch submission to customer
– 6`S activities & implementation for production & maintenance area
– Ensure continual improvement.
