EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote pest management products and services among target customer segments.
- Generating inquiries and orders from references, current clients, cold calls
- Conducting local level campaigns to generate business through pamphlet distribution, canopy campaigns
- Update on leads, quotations, interactions and orders on company software for accurate sales pipeline and order status.
- Coordinate with Operations for timely initiation and provision of effective services to customers.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments from customers as per credit period by timely submission of invoices and follow up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective response to customer feedback.
- Maintain good relationship with customers through telephone calls and personal visits.
QUALIFICATION:
Any graduate with strong communication skills. (Hardcore Sales)
